The 2000s, ISDN & Early VoIP

The transition to digital quality. We guided businesses through their first steps onto the internet.

The arrival of ISDN brought unprecedented possibilities: multiple simultaneous calls over a single line and crystal-clear digital audio.

During this period, we grew into a strategic partner, delivering not just hardware but also advising on efficiency and professional IVR (menu) systems

 

The 2010s, Cloud Telephony (Hosted)

Moving away from hardware; we migrated clients to flexible, scalable licenses in the cloud.

Physical telephone exchanges made way for software.

We were at the forefront of the Hosted VoIP introduction.

For our clients, this was a revolution: being reachable on your business number anywhere in the world, whether in the office or on the road.
